Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for Fit Factory coach subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial

New coach subscriptions may include a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged for the first billing period.

2. Subscription billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) at the price shown when you subscribe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or the customer billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which access ends. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period except where required by law or stated below.

4. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund — for example, for a clear billing error or a duplicate charge. Where you have statutory consumer rights (such as a cooling-off period under applicable law), those rights are not affected by this policy.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be downgraded or suspended until the balance is settled.

6. Price changes

We may change subscription prices. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any increase, which will take effect from your next billing period. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

Coach-to-client payments are separate. When a coach charges their own clients through the Platform, refunds and cancellations for those payments are a matter between the client and the coach, under the coach’s own terms. Fit Factory is not the merchant for those transactions and does not issue refunds for them.
