Cookie Policy

Last updated 16 June 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Fit Factory uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) on the Fit Factory platform. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website or use a web app. “Local storage” works similarly, letting the app remember information in your browser. We use both to make the Platform work and to remember your preferences.

2. How we use them

Fit Factory keeps its use of these technologies to a minimum. We use only the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the Platform to function. These keep you signed in and secure your session (set by our authentication provider, Supabase), and protect against fraudulent activity. The Platform cannot operate without them, so they cannot be switched off.
  • Functional / preferences — stored in your browser’s local storage to remember choices such as whether you have dismissed our cookie notice and to temporarily save an in-progress workout so you don’t lose it.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data or use third-party tracking for marketing.

3. Managing cookies

Because we only use strictly necessary and functional technologies, no consent is required for them to operate. You can still clear or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings at any time — but doing so will sign you out and may stop parts of the Platform from working correctly.

4. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as the Platform evolves. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential technologies in future, we will update this page and seek your consent where the law requires it.
