Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do on the Fit Factoryplatform (the “Platform”). It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Platform you agree to follow it.
1. You must not
- use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- upload or share content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene or that infringes another person’s rights;
- upload another person’s personal information without a lawful basis to do so;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Platform;
- introduce malware or any code intended to disrupt, damage or interfere with the Platform;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-export data except via features we provide for that purpose;
- resell, sublicense or otherwise commercialise the Platform except as expressly permitted;
- place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with other users’ use of the Platform; or
- use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.
2. Coaches’ responsibilities
Coaches are responsible for the content of the programmes, advice, notes and communications they provide to clients, and for handling their clients’ personal information lawfully. You must have an appropriate basis to invite a client and to process their data, and you must provide your clients with any notices or terms required for your own services.
3. Reporting abuse
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, please report it to fitfactoryct@gmail.com.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, and suspending or terminating accounts, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
